What You Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (mechanical services, facility management, or HVAC preferred)
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain high-value commercial relationships
  • Experience working with property managers, facility directors, and C-suite decision makers
  • Excellence in consultative selling – you listen first, understand deeply, then provide solutions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the confidence to speak truth
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout NY/NJ territory
