Join a Team Powering Smarter Buildings

At AirLogix, we don’t just service HVAC systems — we enable intelligent, efficient buildings through cutting-edge control systems and real-time optimization. Our technicians are in high-demand because they combine field-savvy HVAC expertise with advanced building automation skills.

If you’re an HVAC tech who thrives on troubleshooting, system logic, and controls — this is where you elevate into the future of the trade.

Where Mechanical Skill Meets Technical Mastery

Building Management Systems (BMS) are the digital backbone of modern commercial facilities. They integrate HVAC, energy, safety, and environmental systems so buildings run smarter, safer, and more efficiently. As a BMS Technician, you’ll be the expert who makes that happen in the field.

You’ll leverage tools, programming platforms, diagnostics, and protocols to keep complex systems operating at peak performance.

A Culture of Technical Excellence

Real Responsibility — Not Just Routine Maintenance

This role isn’t about swapping filters — it’s about deploying, optimizing, and troubleshooting systems that large facilities rely on. From network controllers to software logic, you’ll lead the technical side of building automation.

If you’re the kind of tech that enjoys understanding “why it’s not working” and loves solving it — you belong here.
