Airlogix is building a stronger field operation, and the Field Supervisor role is one of the most important seats in that build.
This is not a clipboard supervisor position. This is not a role for someone who wants a title but stays away from the work. This is a field-first leadership role for a commercial HVAC & Refrigeration professional who can stay close to the tools, close to the technicians, and close to the jobs.
The right person will help drive production, reinforce accountability, support technicians, strengthen field communication, and improve execution every day.
Compensation includes a strong hourly base plus performance bonus opportunity tied to field execution, team performance, quality, efficiency, and client success. Your Role in Developing the Field Team
A major part of this role is helping strengthen the field team from the inside.
You will support technicians, lead techs, captains, and future foremen by modeling the standard in the field. You will help people build stronger habits: better communication, cleaner execution, stronger ownership, sharper customer awareness, and more disciplined follow-through.
You will not just point out problems. You will help correct them.
You will coach in the moment, reinforce expectations, support hard conversations when needed, and help create a field environment where accountability becomes normal — not personal.

Your work will directly affect response time, job completion, callback reduction, maintenance quality, service efficiency, retrofit support, customer confidence, and technician development.
You will be one of the people making sure Airlogix standards show up on the roof, in the mechanical room, in the truck, and in front of the customer.

What You’ll Own
* Supervise daily field execution across commercial HVAC & Refrigeration maintenance, service, and retrofit support
* Support technicians, lead techs, captains, and foremen through coaching, technical guidance, and jobsite presence
* Reinforce standards for quality, safety, communication, production, professionalism, and customer care
* Help technicians solve field issues before they become larger operational or customer problems
* Partner with senior field leadership, dispatch, operations, and office support to keep priorities clear and aligned
* Inspect work, verify job readiness, support closeout discipline, and help reduce callbacks or avoidable delays
* Coach technicians and captains toward stronger ownership, communication, and execution habits
* Support retrofit and install-related work when field leadership, jobsite coordination, or technical judgment is needed
* Help identify future field leaders and support their growth into captain, foreman, or supervisory responsibility
* Have direct, professional conversations when standards are not being met
* Protect Airlogix culture in the field: Leadership, Ownership, Growth, Integrity, and X-Factor
* Drive production and efficiency without sacrificing quality, safety, or client trust
What You Need to Succeed
* 10+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC & Refrigeration experience
* 2–3+ years of field leadership experience as a lead technician, captain, foreman, field supervisor, or similar role
* Strong technical capacity in commercial HVAC/R maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and field execution
* Retrofit/install exposure expected from a seasoned commercial HVAC/R field leader
* Ability to earn technician respect through technical credibility, consistency, and follow-through
* Strong integrity, humility, and direct communication
* Ability to coach and correct without ego, drama, or avoidance
* Customer-facing confidence and professionalism
* Strong understanding of jobsite coordination, service flow, safety, quality control, and field communication
* Ability to partner with senior leadership, dispatch, operations, and office staff without politics or lane conflict
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to jobsites throughout the service area
